The SIAD Bombola D’Oro Trophy is a regatta organized by the Italian Yacht Club, and a classic event in Italy’s sailing season. Situated in the picturesque bay of Portofino, this vintage regatta is a classic spectacle that drives the attention of people across Europe.The Bombola D’Oro partly connects its success to its boat class: the Dingy 12’. Designed in 1913, this class has maintained its appeal and tradition despite the assaults from extreme technical novelties. In The Portofino Classic, we will visit the port and experience this unique regatta to get a taste of the sailing culture in Italy.

There are several interesting islands in the Sibenik area and we visited some of them. The island of Murter is known for its famous figs and delicacies from this healthy fruit. We will also show you some interesting places for swimming and sailing.

Kornati Islands are a National park and one of the most amazing creation of nature (or God) and sailing here is a real rest for heart and soul. Dugi Otok with its natural beauty, interesting places and amazing gastronomy is a real paradise for sailors.

The international motorboat racing competition organised by the Union Internationale Motornautique (UIM) is the highest class of inshore powerboat racing, proving to be an adrenaline rush for both participants and spectators.The UIM-ABP H20 Racing Aquabike World Championship is the premier international Jet Ski competition that sees elite riders compete on cutting edge equipment in four categories: Runabout, Ski, Ski Ladies and Freestyle. Collin Martins is a French chef with only one goal in mind: surfing. His passion started when he was just 3 years old. This was when his parents got him on a surfboard for the first time in Cap Ferret. It often starts like this. However, Collin’s course and his passion for surfing took a really atypical and unique turn.Looking for the best waves around the world, he decides to step into the unknown in 2017 and become autonomous living on a sailboat. From here he patiently studies the weather conditions, direction of the swell and tides to predict where the best waves will appear in order to surf them.
