Sashi gets a taste of David’s ethos of naturalmente, where David brings Sicilian home-grown authenticity to Asia. After a fantastic meal, Sashi meets back up with Chef Ton and they embark on a field trip to Koh Sichang. Chef Ton wants to illustrate the lengths he goes to, in order to support his suppliers like his fishermen. Sashi and Ton head into the Gulf of Thailand on a daring boat ride to catch a blue spotted grouper - a journey that showcases the arduous task of what it means to be an ethical chef.

Max Foodie: French Polynesia

Sashi explores French Polynesia, starting in Bora Bora in search of a local meal. After striking out, he joins fishermen for deep-sea tuna fishing and cooks with Chef Eric Desbordes at the Four Seasons. He discovers a pandemic-era success story at St. James restaurant, then hops to Mo’orea for a quirky food tour. Finally, in Tahiti, Miss Tahiti Hinatea Boosie treats him to a traditional Ma’a Tahiti home-cooked meal.

A nice surprise for Cedric when he finds that Benny set him up to cut Neil Sanderson's (Drummer for Three Days Grace) hair. While visiting Newcastle, Cedric takes to the water with Captain Dave Chatterton of Fish Finder Charters, in search of Salmon and Rainbow Trout. Brad Hopkins, bass player from "Chalk Circle" and Newcastle native, joins Cedric and Captain Dave for the trip on Lake Ontario in search of fish. After a long, hard day on the water, everyone heads to the Old Newcastle House Taps & Grill for some dinner and drinks.

The Global Barber joins the barber team at Back Alley Barbershop in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. While visiting Niagara Falls, Host Cedric Small and Back Alley Ower Rob "Brronx" Barranca take to the rapids of the Niagara River with Niagara Whirpool Jet Boat Tours, before heading for dinner and drinks at Yank's Old Niagara Bar & Grill.

Matsu Také was created in 2002 and is dedicated to promoting Japanese music. The group musicians play a wide variety of Japanese instruments: Koto (zither on a Japanese table with harp sounds), Shakuhachi (famous Japanese bamboo flute), Shinobué (small bamboo flute) and much more. The repertoire offered by these musicians includes classical pieces, well-known folk songs and contemporary pieces, among which the listener will recognize typical Japanese melodies.

The Global Barber cuts hair in one of Canada’s Oldest Barbershops, at the Lost Villages Museum in Long Sault, Ontario. Built in 1920 and displaced in 1958 when the St. Lawrence Seaway Project forced 500 homes and 6500 people to relocate, The Zian Hill Barbershop found its home at the museum in 1997, when Bob & Sherry Lyons donated the building to the Lost Villages Museum Society.
