Kite Masters 2017

In this first episode of 2017, we travel to the paradise beach of Pak Nam Pran, in southern Thailand for the first kite racing event of the year – the Asian Twin Tip Racing Championships. We also head south-east from Thailand to Indonesia, a country blessed with some of the best waves on the planet – and we meet up with pro kite wave surfers: Keahi de Aboitiz, Moona Whyte and Matt Elsasser. We visit another great place for kiting, Zanzibar, the pearl of the Indian Ocean, located east of Tanzania and from Zanzibar to Chile, to the big rocks of this incredibly wild coastline and consistently powerful waves. Finally, we move to Korea where the world’s top pro-riders faced off at the first round of the 2017 IKA Kitefoil Gold Cup.

We catch up with the 2017 IKA TwinTip Racing Slalom European Championship where the titles are closely fought among a line-up of almost 120 riders from 21 different countries. Discovering Rhodes

Hempel World Cup Series

The Hempel Sailing World Cup Series is back. The 2021 season takes place in Medemblik, The Netherlands, during the famous Allianz Regatta.
